I received only 0.51" of rain in December and 24.08" for the year, the second lowest amount in the last 10 years. The Blanco River in Wimberley is at near record low flow of 5.7cfs. Groundwater from Jacob's Well continues to be zero, the same for the last 3 months. Pastures are brown. The burn ban remains on.
