MET Fall (Sept 1-Nov 30) finished with 4.89"   Top 15 driest on record.  7.36" since Sept 1 including DEC so about 60% of normal for the period.  Ground is moist but lakes and rivers still below normal  Annual total will come in at 39.22" which is about 4" below normal  and about 5" below 2024
