Although we have had little rain compared to our normal monthly average, the ground remains slightly damp and slightly muddy in bare spots.  This past week has seen days with only a trace and one day with 0.05 inches of rain fall.  We are lucky that we are in a cold dormant time of year.  Rainfall this month is about half our normal average rain fall.
