  Category D1 still remains.  Main theme this week-pick one, this is also the Overall Mood-When people forget when they last saw the Sun..Fog, a little precip, more fog, and then the Bomb Cyclone  to end the weekend into today, Monday December 29th 2025.  Received a bulk of precip 0.38 on Saturday around 2:20pm-2:50pm it ended.  Temps started to drop after that so I collected the inner gauge only had precip in it did not want it to freeze.  Replaced with empty one.  No snow started til around 5pm?, although the ground was slick during that time, and wind gusts were becoming more frequent into the evening hours.  Feel free to Read station reports for more details.  1.2 snow measured+0.04.  In addition, during the Bomb Cyclone/Blizzard/Winter Weather Event, interstates in Iowa had to be closed yet again.  This snow was a little different and winds were as well, the Oscillating Fan of Atmosphere moving around again.  Snow stuck in different areas outside the windows.  Take back from the week, received decent precip, with a bit of snow to head us into next week.  Walk like a penguin and use a broom or stick OR toss a flip flop as you head outdoors.  Ice is a sneaky lurker.  Also, check under your covered Grill, there is probably a critter under there.  It knocked my broom stick over while checking the snow this morning.
