About 1" of precip in the past week, and the last little bit was finally snow! Streams are still high but are coming down with the cold weather. Lots of SWE in the high country, although getting up to the snow is a problem for skiers. Snotels up high are near average SWE, but lower sites are well below normal because most precip has fallen as rain.
