FIRE - My observation is with such heavy dew each owning, I do believe that this has given the ground/soil some needed moisture.  However, I d not believe that it has been enough to take away the Fire Hazard that does exist.
ENERGY - Not a good report as our average temper starters have been above average by 6° to 10°.  This applies to day and night temps.  The AC is consuming more energy both day and night.
GENERAL - Santa did not bring the presents we wished for, I.E., RAIN.!
