FIRE - Again with no substantial precipitation in the week, our Fire Hazard and dryness has increased.  The 1.88in of precipitation reported two weeks ago has dissipated from our lakes and ponds.  
ENERGY - Fluctuations in our temperatures are probably getting us EVEN in the Energy area.  Above one day and below the next day is evening us out in the week.
GENERAL - Simply put NO PRECIPITATION this week again.  Perhaps Santa will bring us some precipitation for Christmas!
