With a 10-day storm total of 3.4", we are finally making a dent in the long term drought. US Drought Monitor now has us only in moderate drought. We were at the very eastern edge of the precipitation, though. Unfortunately, all precip was rain; several days had high temps of 55. Streamflows are very high for this time of year. Mosses and lichens are very green and there are still mushrooms coming up.
