Another week with no rain and we had days of unseasonable warm weather. The lack of normal rainfall can be seen in a few shrubs now - our Rhodies are showing leaf curl, which means they are not getting the water they need. Rain is in the forecast for most of next week, but we've been disappointed before. Fingers crossed that the systems drop south this time and the poor folks in Oregon and Washington catch a break. Not as many tourists around, which is typical of mid-December. Things will pick up as Christmas gets closer.
