With the exception of a six day stretch (12/03 - 12/09) that had no precipitation, there's been a near-continuous amount of rain and snow over the past two weeks, totaling 1.19 inches of water equivalency. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles has kept the soil damp and there's been a consistent amount of moisture on pavement, roof, etc. Birds (mainly cardinals and blue jays), squirrels, feral cats have been quite active prior to today.
