A 24-hour snowstorm has blanketed the area with just under a foot of snow.  There was lots of moisture associated with this storm.  Not sure if much will get transferred to the soil before the ground freezes.   A shot of rain earlier in the week got to soak in.  More snow is expected with much colder temps.  Looks like winter is here for the time being.  All area rivers continue to be low.  Condition will remain Mildly Dry.
