We had near normal precipitation for the month of November with most of the precipitation falling in the second half and finishing off with heavy snowstorm on the 29th. However, each of the last four months have seen below normal precipitation.  Due to the timing daily of weather, whether it be wind, high relative humidity or precipitation, the prescribed burn season was only partially successful.
