November was a relatively dry month with just 2.01” of rain which is 2.43” below the the PRISM normal. Fortunately, with an above average rainfall in October,  conditions appear to be normal.
The soil is moist and there are still puddles on some of the trails. Two periods of rain are predicted this week so I would expect the water year to remain above average.
