Little change over the past week and conditions appear to be near normal for this time of year. Just about all trees have lost their leaves for the season. Lawns have slowed growth but remain green and the top layer of soil is moist and unfrozen. Levels on ponds and lakes remain high. No water use restrictions are in place for Norwood or nearby towns.
