An unusual rain event for late November dropped 0.71" of much needed moisture yesterday. A slow gentle rain. This puts us just above average (+0.14") for the month. Though with how dry it had been since September 18th (only 0.38") I will only move us down to Mildly Dry for now. The ground will probably soak this up quickly.
