Some rain this week totaling 0.76".  Local rivers and streams are still below normal levels.  Local fields are very dry.  The ground is dry and hard.  All of the soybeans and most of the corn have been harvested.  Local construction projects appear to be near normal schedules and the cool temperatures.  All of our trees have dropped their leaves.  Our lawn is still green but the growth has basically stopped.
