It's been a somewhat wet November (130% of normal) but what i've seen other years is that a wet month is often followed by a dry month. So i'm not willing to say it is even mildly wet yet. We have seen no effects from the rain here: no ponding, few if any slides, no water flowing in the ditches. Just thirsty land soaking up what is falling. Lots more frogs, no need to water.
