Most of the week can be summarized as damp, overcast, cool, and generally gloomy. Yet, the rain gauge collected only 0.15 inches of precipitation, all in the form of rain. Local creeks and ponds are up but not flooding. Still seeing some agricultural activity but not a lot of other outdoor activity. Saturday morning the heavy overcast finally cleared and temperatures dipped into the mid-20s before rising with the sun and the weather remained fair to conclude this report. Overall, conditions are mildly wet.
