Description:
After nearly 2/3rds of an inch of rain, the soil is moist roughly 6 inches deep. The Ponds and Lakes are still roughly 12 -14 inches below average ponding levels. The Streams and Creeks are still low, with the bottoms still being visible from bridges. The Mississippi is still well below average flowing depths. Yard Grass is green, wildland grasses are still dry, the Hackberry Trees are relatively leafless, with leaf colors in our area being drab and colorless. All crops have been harvested, with Winter Wheat actively growing. due to higher nightly humidity levels.
