We are still in the moderately dry range however the situation has improved this week with precipitation in the area. Some street flooding and other ponding has occurred due to quick heavy rains in areas to the north this location. Shoal creek is still low but improved somewhat. Most of the fall leaves have fallen as we prepare for winter. Deer are plentiful as the season gets underway. Other small animals are active and the fall season has been very mild so far. Fire danger is low due to the recent rains this week. Wishing you a bountiful and happy Thanksgiving this coming week.
