Since October 1, humidity >60% in the attic has been statistically dependent on rain, and humidity was statistically <60% unless it rained. Some of the microbes/allergens classified in that attic thrive on humidity and increased atmospheric hydrogen ion content. Impact of rain poses a challenge for elimination and prevention of those allergens/pathogens. I looked for robins and earthworms on the ground every day last week and did not observe any.
