Conditions here continue as moderately dry.  We received about 0.4 inches of rains last week but we are still well behind the 30-year average.  Our region is now considered in a slight drought condition.  The NC coastal plain region  is considered in moderate drought.  "No burn" and "no-agricultural" fire warnings were issued due to very dry forest conditions  starting early last week.  Overall all  the weather has been pleasant for Fall.  Weather next week is predicted to warm up into Thanksgiving.
