No rain this past week has continued to lend to dry conditions, however I am going to keep this station at Mildly Dry.  MTD is only -0.61" (51%) of 30 yr NOAA Norm, with WYTD -1.77" (56%).  YTD is -4.59" (87%) which is considered Near Normal.  Farmers have been working the fields and there has not been any dust, with some of the topsoil looking moist.  However, area rivers are still low.  There are some forecasted chances for rain this week, but if nothing materializes, it may cause me to move the scale next weekend.  Most trees have lost all of their leaves, except for the nearby oaks that traditionally hold their leaves through December. I did one final mowing after a two-week absence because it had grown to the point where it needed it and to mulch leaves.  Keeping fingers crossed for the rain.
