FIRE - Less than 1/2 in of rain fell last week.  It did not even put a dent into the dry ground and conditions we have.
ENERGY - This also was not good as our daytime and nighttime temperatures were 2=5 degrees above normal.
GENERAL - We need rain, and steady and lots of it (In very plain language).  No significant precipitation forecasted in the next 10 days!  BUMMER!
