Conditions are near normal.  Grass is still growing; but will probably stop growing during the next few days due to the snow and hard freeze.  Trees are turning colors and are about 70 percent in leaf yet.  This is due to the first late very scattered light frost from on 11/6/2025 and first freeze on 11/9/2025 in the late evening.  Pond level near normal.  First hard freeze was in the morning on 11/10/2025.
