Lawns are still green and showing some growth despite cooler temperatures and the top layer of soil seems somewhat moist. About half of the trees have lost their leaves for the season. Levels on ponds and lakes remain high. No watering restrictions are in place for Norwood but Dedham and Westwood are restricting all non-essential outdoor watering to one a day a week.
