Conditions here are mildly dry.  We had a rainfall deficit for October.  So far November has seen more rain.  Fall color is fading and much cooler weather is forecast for next week.  Our first frost is predicted for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday next week.  People are out taking walks in the morning and early afternoons to take advantage of the brisk air.  Nearby Jordon Lake water levels have declined attributed to the lack of October rain and normal dam water releases.
