Sunny and cool with moderate winds, then increasing clouds and cold overnight with light winds. The high temperature was around fifty one degrees and the low around thirty eight degrees Fahrenheit. Songbirds are eating a feederful every two days. Only a few of the leaves still have color. All Black Walnuts have fallen. 60%-70% of leaves have fallen, some woods are bare. Canadian Geese have flocks of 100-200 birds, Blackbirds and sparrows have larger flocks. The nearby trout stream is flowing but low. 1/4 of the corn fields are uncut.
