The one hour fuels are brown and leaves on some plants are wilted, which may be from the freezing temps and lack of water.  The roads are very dusty, more than normal as it seems things are turning to moon dust.  It just has that look that things are very dry if there is such a thing.  Wildfires are still happening.  We had a small one last night in the area.  The cool overnight temps are helping slow the rate of spread currently.
