Several days of measurable rain from monsoon moisture with a total of .80 inches falling for the week. Even a little bit of hail fell on Monday which was bigger than pea size but smaller than marble size. This was very brief with no damage. Temperatures were hot to start the week and cooled off some to end the week. The high of the week was 89° on Tuesday and Wednesday. Lows were in the mid 50's to low 60's. The low of the week was 53° on Saturday. No change in plant life in the surrounding areas with brown grasses and some wildflowers blooming. Hummingbirds, finches, and robins seen in the garden as well as garter snakes. Also, smelled a skunk.
