We've had very little rain the past few weeks but 0.30" last night.  Local rivers and streams still appear to be at or near normal levels.  No standing water in local fields or low areas.  Local crops still appear to be growing well and appear healthy.  Local construction projects appear to be at normal schedules. Our trees are doing very well.  Our flowers are showing some heat stress even with additional watering. Our grass is definitely showing heat stress. We needed to water the lawn this week for the first time in two years. The ground was noticeably dry on the surface and deeper until this morning.
