After a very dry 3 weeks, we received 1.40" of rain this morning. This was a welcomed sight as lawn growth was really starting to slow down and crops were showing the very beginning signs of heat/moisture stress. This rain will go a long ways into maintaining normal soil moisture and sets up crops to have a strong end to their growing season.
