We were fortunate enough to get a decent shower this past week, but we are still really dry.  We received 0.55 inches of precip which puts us at 0.98 inches for the calendar year.  Our long-term calendar year average for this point in the year is 2.38 inches which puts us at only 40 percent of where we should be.  A couple of our dirt tanks did catch a little water, but not much.  Our pasture grasses and vegetation have not had much of a response to this bit of rain yet and still remain in pretty poor shape.
