We are experiencing a seasonal change (finally...) as we head into fall. We have seen above average rainfall in Sept. and the 'water year' as well observing 47.92" in 2023. I admit I still use Jan 1 as my start and end dates - because we do not have any effects with snow and runoff - and it does not apply to folks that live in the southeast. Everything is still very green - very little change to trees and other fauna - but I expect that to start pretty soon. Looking forward to the cooler weather.
