We did receive about a half inch of precip this past week which did put a bit of moisture in the ground.  I haven't seen much of a plant response yet as most of the grass is still pretty dry.  There was a bit of standing water for a few hours but it was absorbed rapidly.  Overall, the longer term conditions are still pretty dry as we are substantially behind our long-term average rainfall year to date.
