A consistently wet week with 1.96”—March rainfall now at 148% of normal and water year at 103% with 43.21”.  Ruth Reservoir at 106% on 3/21. Cottonwoods beginning to come alive, and creeping phlox and outsidepride Corsican adding small dots of color. Practices and games underway on Little League softball and baseball fields, squeezed in between showery days. And the sun is setting north of due west as spring moves forward.
