Current conditions at 7AM: Temperature: 59°F. Very clear air, it is possible to see the great egrets nesting over in Dyke Marsh. Wind and waves on the Potomac River from the SW, no whitecaps, clouds are also moving in from the SW, occasional gusts from various directions, about ten inches of visibility into the water, no trash or debris except on the landing, no fish. Canada geese, songbirds, jays, squirrels, ground bees, lots of mourning doves, two red-bellied woodpeckers, crows, fish crows, gulls, two buffleheads in flight and one adult eagle atop the big tree over Sheridan Point.
