It is Mostly Cloudy with Light Wind and Cool Temperature. Yesterday's warmer temperature with cooling in the late afternoon created Foggy Conditions. Locals call it "Pirates Fog" because it rolled in so fast and was thick. Visibility was less than 1/4 mile at times. Arrrr
