Skywarn spotter for NWS GSP. Slow moving pop-up thunderstorm produced heavy, localized precipitation. An inch of rain was collected approximately 15 minutes from onset at 4:30PM EST. A total of 1.58 measured inches was collected during duration of event. Hillslope runoff and minor street flooding observed in local area. |
