It got black outside at exactly 6PM. Then came the rain, coming down in torrents and blowing across the streets in waves. I have videos.
Seven minutes later it’s a gentle, light rain, the wind is again calm.
We got 0.42” in 15 minutes. Peak winds were only 20 mph but looked much higher. |
