Notes:
Rain fell during a thunderstorm on the afternoon of 2/01, but I was unable to reach the gauge due to some construction work in our back yard. No estimate, but the storm was fast-moving and brief. NO rain fell during the day on 2/02, but rain commenced around 4:30 a.m. on 2/03. I realize that this report will be out of sync, but I am not able to read the gauge reliably. I waded out in knee-boots just now.
