Most of the 120 minutes winds were quite strong, within the range of what the Mancos point forecast shows. Visibility was less than 1/4 mile much of this time period, due to blowing snow.. At this time, (7:00 PM) the winds seems to have decreased considerably. Snowfall intensity is still moderate. Air temperature is staying at 25 to 26 F. The liquid precipitation and the snowfall report (3.4 inches) occurred between 03:00 PM and 05:30 PM January 23, 2017 |
