After getting less than an inch of rain over the past 3 weeks, the showers we got last night barely kept us in the near-normal zone. The .36" of rain last night was enough to keep the grass green, but local streams remain on the low side. Rhododendrons and azaleas are really starting to bloom now, and most trees are fully leafed out.
