Another 3.14" of rain this past week has put us in the Severely Wet category.  We have standing water all over town.  Water is weeping out from the cracks in our driveway, and the backyard is very soggy.  The neighborhood pond has been overflowing continuously since the last report.  We're probably one heavy rain event away from some flooding in creeks, etc. if things don't get a chance to dry out a bit.
