Moderate rain changed to moderate snow snowflakes in the form of ice plates stuck together similar to conglomerate rock. The ice plates were transparent and did not form any particular shape. Some of these flakes were 1/2" + in diameter. Snow returned to light rain/snow mix by 9:30am. Outside temperature during snow event was 36F. |
