No rain this week.  The relative humidity was as low as 2% and the dewpoint as low as minus 6° F in hot weather.  The soil is dry and dusty.  There are many beautiful cactus flowers this year. Trees are stressed.  The water supply is adequate with enough water available to water lawns, gardens and parks. Voluntary water conservation efforts and education are in effect.
