Last week had 1.17" of precipitation, with most of it in one day with 0.95".  Still running at about 60% with 15.04" for the water year.  Average high was 61.4F--warmest week since mid November; last year didn't reach that high until first week of April.  Average low was 47.9"--highest low since second week of October.  No change in birds coming and going, and a few mushrooms still coming up.  Acacia just about to bloom--last two years it has bloomed on January 20th, so we'll see it it holds for this year.  Willows and Chinese cherry trees setting buds, which should open in a week or two, being some of the earliest to "reawaken."
