Conditions remain severely dry as precipitation has been limited. Forecasted storms have amounted to very little substance. Warmer outside temperatures have encouraged folks to be out and a out a little more than previously, but Covid concerns exist in our community so many folks are still staying indoors and away from stores and restaurants.  Temperatures overnight are typically below freezing so the ground us still frozen and some snow piles remain. Gutters and road sides are ice packed.
  Fire danger is high but luckily, very few thunderstorms with dangerous lightning.
