Description:
Mostly dry and clear week, with 0.45" precipitation, and November's total of 3.40" gives a 43% of average for water year and the month comes in as the 9th driest in 36 years.  However, with the sun lower and the days shorter and colder, the ground is no longer drying out.  Mushrooms sprang up this past week, and birds forage the ground and trees --California Quail, Ruby-Crowned Kinglets, Stellar Jays, sapsucker, flickers and Robins.  Average high for the week was 61.2F, low 39.7F--10 degrees warmer than the same week last year for a high, and 1 degree up on the low temperature.
