We have had an additional 1.26" since last Sunday (May 12). 0.95 of that was since Friday. There are puddles everywhere and the frost boils on the gravel roads are getting worse again. 
Fieldwork, including some planting had begun the early part of the week but now everything has come to a halt again.
Ditches and rivers are not at their highest but they never get a chance to really go down.
